How long does it take to process my order?

Products that are in stock are usually shipped next business day.  Shipping time for custom made personalized products will be identified on their respective pages.

Can I place an order now for delivery in the future?

Yes. With our delayed shipping option - you can place your order today and tell us when you would like your product shipped.

Do the products pictured match the item that will be sent?

Every attempt is made to include the items as pictured, but due to the nature of our products being handmade may differ slightly from one to the other.

I would like to place an order but don't feel comfortable using online checkout. Can I place my order another way?

Our online ordering system is secure and safe, as well as being the most efficient method of ordering. For your convenience you may place your order via fax or phone as identified on our Contact Us page.

What are the applicable sales taxes?

We are required to collect provincial sales tax on behalf of the government.  Provincial Sales Tax collection is based on where the possession of the goods is taking place.
Shipping to all other Canadian Provinces:  7% GST

We do not collect tax on Shipments to the USA.

Do you take international orders?

At this time we accept Canadian and USA orders.

If I am a Canadian resident can I place an order and have it shipped to someone in another country?

At this time, we are only able to ship within Canada and the USA.
