Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Rates

At thewoodboys.com we use Canada Post Shipping Services. 
 
Shipping within Canada;
 
Parcels will be sent Expedited Parcel.  Once the item is shipped, delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.  We use a flat rate of $5.00 + percentage of the order value as follows;
 
$1.00 - $50.00 is 15%
$50.01 - $100.00 is 12%
Orders over $100.00 is 10%
 
Shipping to United States;
 
Parcels will be sent XpressPost. Please contact us for a shipping estimate at this time.  The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes when the package is received.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification from us.

Tracking Your Package

The email notification we send you when your order is shipped will contain a Canada Post item number which you can use to track your package on Canada Post's website at www.canadapost.ca.

Undeliverable Packages

Every once in a while, we  have a package returned to us because it was undeliverable.   What happens if a package is returned to The Wood Boys because it was undeliverable?

If this occurs due to an error on our part we will contact you to find out whether you would prefer us to re-ship the item at no additional cost to you or  issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

If the item is returned due to a customer  providing an incorrect address we will contact you to find out if you would like us to re-ship the item (additional shipping charges may apply) or if you would like a refund for the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable in this case).

Why would a package be returned to you as undeliverable?

We may receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons;

  • Incorrect address information.
  • Recipient failed to pick up package at Canada Post.
